Tracy was amazing at the academy from the moment I walked in. She made me feel so welcomed and helped me settle in straight away.

I was very nervous and apprehensive about starting the course, but Tracy encouraged me every step of the way and gave me the confidence to believe in myself. She showed me that I really can do this and set up my own business.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and had such a great time. We all became very close throughout the course. My model was amazing and incredibly patient with me, and Tracy was also so patient, supportive, and understanding, especially knowing how nervous I was.

Tracy was so kind, patient and genuinely understanding from start to finish. She took me through everything step by step when teaching me spray tanning and pin curls, making sure I felt comfortable and confident the whole time. Nothing ever felt rushed and she explained things in such a clear, supportive way.

I recently completed the advanced skincare course and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. From start to finish, Tracy was incredibly informative, patient, and supportive. She created such a calm and welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease and made me feel confident throughout the training.

I attended an eyelash course on the 23/03/25 when I first went in I was nervous due to a previous experience and knocking my confidence I sat and explained how I was feeling to Tracy who took all my stress away from me creating a peaceful and calm learning environment, she spent the time with me doing each step until I was comfortable to move on. She encouraged me throughout the full course offered amazing support and even better after care when you complete the course , it’s been a privilege to meet you and will be back very soon to learn more treatments thank you
