I had an appointment but had to wait about 50 minutes. I wasn’t in a hurry, and a kind staff member offered me water, which I appreciated.
However, I was really surprised by the lack of hygiene and the way the girl treated me — it was painful, and even after I mentioned it several times, she didn’t slow down.
When removing the polish, part of my nails broke, and a dirty tool was placed on my hands. I decided to leave because I didn’t feel comfortable.
Everyone can have a bad day, but I truly hope they improve their hygiene and care.

I did builder gel and full color, the builder gel was too thick and made my nails look like tumors, never come back.

We are very sorry for not satisfying you with our service. Sometimes builder gel can be a little thicker than normal gel so that it can protect your nails from breaking. If you have time, you can come back to the shop and we will fix your nails as you wish. Thank you.
