Booked an appointment at this establishment.
Turned up slightly early to find it padlocked shut.
I sent a message and waited till after my appointment time in case they were just closed for a break.
My message was read and they have still not bothered to reply, over 17 hours later.
I understand sometimes situations/illness can lead to appointments being cancelled but to not even bother and offer an explanation clearly shows the level of customer service this place offers.
The online system is currently taking bookings, and Google says it is open, but clearly, this is not the case.
Fortunately, there are plenty of other salons offering the same service in the area, so my trip wasn't completely wasted.
My advice book with someone else

I went here to get acrylic nails, I'm a nail tech, but I don't do my own, and I know that Nikki, who is the owner, only uses the best quality products. I am so pleased with the nails, Nikki gave me exactly what I wanted, some techs don't listen. It's now 2 weeks since the application and all still firmly in place, which is unusual for me. I'm booked back in next week for infills, and I've already been recommending her to friends. Fast and good application at a really good price.

I have had a cut and blow dry, eyebrows tinted and waxed and acrylic nails done. I am a regular client and always come away from the salon satisfied. I love getting my nails done and Nikki offers a range of designs and colours. The salon is beautiful, and Nikki is friendly and professional.
