I went to get my hair done on January 26th by Natalie, during my consultation I informed her that I wanted bright purple hair which she said was possible as they had the colours, for context the consultation was on December 29th so nearly a whole month before my actual appointment. When I turned up on the day she informed me that they didn’t actually carry that colour so I had to settle with a bright teal as it was one of the only colours they had, but didn’t bother to give me a text or a heads up about the fact they didn’t have purple anymore (which she had a whole month to to) because if I knew this info I would if cancelled my appointment. When she washed the colour off it was a dark ugly green colour which I still had to pay full price for and after only a week of having my died hair has nearly completely washed out

Took my youngest daughter to Stephs beauty lounge today , to get her brows done for the 1st time. Steph put her totally at ease, and talked her through the whole process. She loved her brow shape and tidy! I wouldn’t take my 2 daughters anywhere else. I would highly recommend stephs. Great service, great staff 😁

Lovely place and lovely staff. First time I've been here and I really like it. The place look lovely and relaxing. There are some lovely smells and I love the lashes I had done. 👍
