Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're so happy you love your nails and pedicure with us. Your support and kind words mean a lot- we can't wait to see you again!

Thank you so much Harley!!! Hope to see you again xx

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed affter your recent visit.
We'd like to clarify a few point. As you mentioned , there was temporary issue with your bank transfer. On that day, your total bill was £45 , but you only transferred £30 anf attempted to leave without out informing us . I then asked to verify the payment before you walk out.The transaction was incomplete and perhaps feeling embarrassed, you said you would transfer the remaining £15 once you got home. We were understanding and accepted that. We simply asked for your phone number in case we needed to follow up - this is something we do with all customers in similar situations. We had absolutely no intention of making you feel embarrassed or disappointed in front of others, and we are genuinely sorry if that's how it came across.
Regarding the £10 charge for removing gel polish from your toes, this is clearly listed on our price menu which is public displayed . We always encourage customers to ask for prices beforehand if they have any doubts, and we're happy to explain our pricing at any time.
We truly appreciate all of our loyal customers , including you and it's never our intention to make anyone feel unappreciated. We value transparency, fairness, and treating everyone equally - whether it's their first visit or their hundredth.
We wish you all the best and hope that , in time , you'll see this situation with more understanding.

Thanks so much for your reviews
