I went to the nail bar today to have acrylic white tip nails.
I had to take my 4yr old son as it’s half term…
After reading terrible reviews I was cautious, but I walked in asked if it was ok if my son sits down (some salons won’t let children in)

I explained what I wanted done and it was done professionally.

Granted no one talks to you about ‘the weather’ or small talk… but i actually enjoyed that! I had a lovely conversation with another customer anyway.

Other than that it was very quiet and therapeutic, no fake convo.
By the sounds of it they can barely speak English anyway..

went in, nails done, I’m happy..
No complaints here.

DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON!!!! Had my nails done today one of them is wonky they ain't the same shape I wanted them all different lengths, my thumbs really sore!

Honestly the set I had today are beautiful. The service was amazing. The nail tech was very polite and greatly talented at his job. 10/10 will go again.

I have been going here for over a year and never had a problem. However the lady that did my nails last week was rude and argumentative. I tried to explain that I had a long term nail problem on my thumb and the lady previously added a nail and this lasted for almost a year. She refused to hear me or listen to me and kept telling me off. She did not base coat the nails but argued with me when I mentioned this. The nails started to chip the day after application. For this reason if you go here I do not recommend that you allow the younger short haired lady to go anywhere near you. And for this reason I will be finding alternative technicians.

I’ve just battled Breast Cancer and went through a mastectomy and wanted My nails done for so long and I finally had them done at the witham nail bar and I completely love them, I wanted the breast cancer heart and and HOPE Written on them and they were so talented and able to provide what I wanted without any practice it was outstanding how good the lady done my nails as you can see from the pictures and they are not thick nails they look and feel very light and realistic 🩷✨

I’m so glad I went to them at The Witham Nail Bar and I’m DEFINITELY GOING BACK IN 3 WEEKS To have them redone by far THE BEST NAIL BAR..!! A much better experience from the nails I’ve had previously in Braintree ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
