Came here a few weeks ago for acrylics, the nail tech was lovely, friendly, and really knowledgeable. All done in under an hour which I thought was great. The retention on my nails has really impressed me, nearly 4 weeks now and no lifting, this is something I have struggled with at other places, so I'm really pleased. Sadly I can't get them infilled and keep them as I need them off soon! But I don't think I would go anywhere else in the future!

I was lucky enough to have the beautiful Zoe work her magic on my hair and i was not disappointed she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable i will definitely be goin back and i cant wait x

Used to go there when Beth was there and she did a brilliant job with my acrylics! However, this last experience felt rushed and not as professional cuticles where not trimmed back nails stuck on wonky and filed back uneven. For costing £37 I expected better the staff where welcoming and nice just not satisfied with what I paid for.

Had my nails done just over a week ago 80% of the gel has peeled off 5 nails have lifted 2 had snapped. Acrylic is lumpy and nails are not filled properly
This is the second time this has happened now
When ringing up to cancel furthur oppitment there was no questions asked to why I was cancelling and the lady I spoke to was blunt and rude
Would not recommend at all

I went in after ANOTHER salon giving me the most terrible cut which only took 6 minutes to wash and cut. FINISHING TOUCHES were amazing. I felt relaxed and at ease from the start to finish. The lady who looked after me made me feel relaxed and sorted out my hair which was a mess and guided me in the right direction for future styles.
I have booked for Finishing Touches to look after my hair from now on.Massive 5 star's from me. Xx

First visit to Finishing Touches. Convenient location, all precautions against Covid-19 in place, and very pleasant young lady beautician. Had great pedicure, very professional, and reasonable price. Have booked in for pedicure & manicure in a few weeks; definitely returning.
