Google Not impressed at all. The young girl (daughter I presume) did my nails, is she even qualified ?? she kept yawning and rubbing her eyes. She told me to put my hands in their glass bowl (in a bowl) to get the previous product off, the boiling water went over me burning my fingers, why wouldn’t they use proper soak off equipment?, I was charged £10 for the pleasure as well !!
My nails feel sharp and not finished properly, they look like they have been done for a couple of weeks at least. I had my toes painted (not a pedicure) £17, the colour I had picked for my hands apparently couldn’t be used (as powder) not explained before so I may as well painted them at home. The phone kept ringing and they wouldn’t say no even though it was very busy. A waste of my hard earned £50, I couldn’t go back next day as was going on holiday, I messaged to explain but no response.
Very disappointed, I won’t be going back and would definitely not recommend them.
