Would not suggest to get your eyebrows done here. I had big fluffy brows that have taken me a very long time to grow and I went in for an eyebrow wax which has left me with eyebrows that do not match and that are very thin at the ends which looks like a line. One of the eyebrows is bigger than the other and to charge £15 for 5 strips of wax and a trim is awful especially when there is still hair that has not been taken off. For £15 I would have expected them to be shaped first and shown to me and then waxed and plucked if hair is still there. Do not go as you will be ripped off!

Had gel toenails done yesterday (first time for a year! so they badly needed doing) had a very enjoyable visit, lovely friendly staff, very relaxing and transformed my nails beautifully! Thank you

I rarely review but was very disappointed.
I booked a Aromaspa prescriptive facial for 70 minutes cost £55.
Was met with very friendly staff who greeted me as soon as I arrived waited for my beauty therapist (not giving name as I’m not in the habit of trying to wreck people’s careers) she was friendly.
Taken into the room and left to get ready.
Therapist started treatment which seemed fine she did some massage was not given the option for the hand or feet as described on the website she just done my hands, very quick head massage and then put on face mask . At this point she left the room, I have never been left whilst a face mask is on this is normally when they work on your head! Or shoulders To make matters worse I could hear her having a full blown conversation outside the room with another customer about her holiday it was very loud not exactly relaxing.
She came back in took off the mask and said done I’ll get you some water and let you get ready, the water seemed to take at least 5 minutes to arrive and I’m still laying there waiting thinking shall get ready or wait.
She comes in gives me the water and leaves I get up look at the clock and wow it is literally been 55 minutes since I arrived !!!!!
Where is my 70 minutes treatment !!!!
When I look in the mirror I am covered in oil so bad I can’t even put on my top I have to try and clean it off with the flannel she has left and also on my face it’s awful.
I go to the desk to pay of course I’m being charged for the full 70 minutes
Then she tells me hold on you still have face mask on your face in 2 places sorry I couldn’t see probably when I took it off because it was dark so she is pointing to it and I have to wipe it off at the desk
Absolute joke I can safely say I feel like I did not get value for money and what was advertised I even took a leaflet to see if I had got the timings wrong, of course I hadn’t it should have been 70 minutes. Taking into the time she was out the room I must have actually only got a 45 minute treatment rip-off!!!!!!

Had false nails with gel polish done before Christmas three days later one fell off went back and it was replaced with no problem. 4 days later 3 more came off just as I was going to a Christmas do I went back the following day and just got an apology no offer to redo nails or give a refund. It was very expensive for 7 days. I won't be returning.
