VERY disappointed. With the number of good reviews I really thought this would offer A1 service but it didn’t. I only got my nails done last Friday and 5 days later my thumb nail is off and the rest of the nails are also removing from the base. I do not do any heavy duty work and always wear gloves when washing dishes. I have been getting my nails done in London for over 10 years and have never had Biab in this condition after 5 days, let alone acrylics (these are acrylics).

When I got home my sister asked me if I had gone to get press ons from Primark. The nails are not filled properly, oddly shaped and the colour of the base is off too. I will not be going back.

I was able to walk in after calling in & got my pedicure appointment done within an hour altogether. The service was helpful and the staff was friendly.

I had my previous gel Polish removed and fresh applied. Really pleased with the result. Very relaxed atmosphere, with one client at a time, I didnt feel rushed at all and enjoyed the background music. Very professional and friendly technician.
A nice self care treat I will be having again.

I wanted to try a new nail shop and this one caught my eye. The lady that done my nails was lovely but the biab gel just peeled straight off after a few days. I called up and complained and the manager agreed that I could get my nails redone, only for them to peel again. I’ve never experienced this at a nail shop before. £45 down the drain, will not be returning.

Lovely experience with the nail tech she made me feel comfortable .Really wanted to make this my new nail salon but the nails at the end looked bulky and like stick on nails and yet they are acrylic tips. Unfortunately 3days later the acrylic peeled off .Attached is what I asked for and what they look like 3days later
