They tell you to sit and wait to be seen. You wait over an hour for then you have to ask how long and they say you haven’t got an appointment. Don’t waste peoples time and ask them to wait if you know full well you will not be able to fit them in. Absolute time wasters. The staff are also rude and continuously talk in there own language and will occasionally say English words amongst there conversation so you know they are talking about you. Terrible service and save your money spend it elsewhere.

Poor quality gel pedicure… was disappointed seeing the results, woman did it super fast, could see the colour on my cuticles.. not coming back there again. Quality got very bad…

I have my nail done every 3 weeks here .staff are so nice and welcoming and do a great job .would not go anywere eles .definitely recommend.

The rudest lady I have ever met!!!! Customers services was not in her bone!!! I think she is head huncho of the salon. How can you charge over £50 for full set nails but not want to offer more colour choices to your customers. I could only choose 2 shades of a colour i wanted. Absolutely rude and condescending behaviour.
