Terribly rude staff and atrocious wait times especially considering when you have booked for a specific time slot!! Prices are so high for completely untrained staff that cannot contemplate how to copy a simple design. Not to mention they will make you bleed multiple times due to their rash usage of tweezers when cutting cuticles. Absolutely do not recommend and will NEVER return. Staff do not engage with the customers and instead talk to eachother, terrible social skills for a customer facing industry.

I used to regularly go to Elegant nails - but the quality really dropped, and got to the point where I was left bleeding from nail clippers cutting my skin, due to the nail tech being distracted and watching the TV whilst doing my nails! He pulled off the acrylics so aggressively that I felt extremely uncomfortable and my fingers were bleeding.They were then placed into bowls of nail polish remover - which was obviously very painful!

Came to get my nails done for prom and they came out very cute
The lady did cut me on my cuticle ,but overall it it was a lovely experience, considering how sceptical i was since it was my first time getting my nails done

Went here to have BIAB infills. All I got was a file and gel polish , was charged £40 which is more than anywhere else I e been. Not going back .

I took my little girl there. They was so rude and rush the j9b in hand . Very desppointed. They didn't talk to us. Miserable. Was a treat to my daughter and we both look at each other with desppointed. Never again. Not worth the money and the atmosphere terrible. Quality of the work very poor.
