Been to cocos twice to get my nails done. The first time was pleasant got what I asked for however the lady cut my finger when filing my nails, she apologised many times which I appreciated. However, on the 2nd visit I went with the senior nail tech. When prepping my nails she started to cut my cuticles but then they started to bleed on multiple fingers. She didn’t just cut the cuticle she cut the skin on my finger. She told me they were bleeding because of my dry cuticles which I knew wasn’t the case. She didn’t even apologise! The whole time she was moody and kept sighing when the nails wasn’t going right. When I got home I had to put antiseptic cream on my nails and multiple plasters. My fingers were left sore, swollen and red for days. Don’t recommend at all !

I visited Coco's a few times now and every service has been great! Had my eyelashes tinted and curled and a few piercings.
Great quality, great price! Piercings i am always nervous for but the friendly environment puts me at ease plus i got cleaning solution for aftercare! Also the business is local to me so always easy to get to!
