Second visit and I left feeling absolutely disgusted with the experience. First time with Regina went great, unfortunately she was busy and had people waiting. I went for an infill, but I wasn’t happy with it being two toned and how the nails looked. I asked how long for Regina and I was told no one can or wants to fix it for me. No payment needed and told to leave in front of staff and their customers. Now I need to pay for someone else to remove and redo.

I do a better job at home...very disappointed especially with the edges, looks really bad. Photo taken an hour after leaving the shop. Never going back...

Fully agree with the other comments about rudeness. I just wanted two nail colour changes, a 5 minute job. The woman spoke rudely to me infront of other customers saying because i did it elsewhere they wouldn't do it. Avoid customer service is zero

Waiting time is too much
I asked for a nice and simple nail design and they haven’t done it any better
and i felt some of them are rude
and the pedicure was disaster
some of them don’t even help even if we ask.
I will never visit them again.

Pedicure was really rushed, feet still felt rough and the male nail tech seemed to just rush through. I’ve had better pedicures. I won’t recommend!

Absolutely awful experience here! The lady didn’t listen to what I wanted the nails are lumpy and the French tip looks like she was drunk! I then wanted matching on my toes she proceeded to do a block colour and when I told her I had asked for french she said it was to late worst experience

Nail wonky, when I mentioned, lady became rude and started talking about me with her colleague, place seems dirty, they don’t clean anything and yet price so high. Wouldn’t go back.
