Google Not happy with the service of nail spa today. Booked an appointment early this week for 3:20, and was sat waiting for almost half an hour to be seated. Other people also seated before me who had clearly not booked, no point booking an appointment here to be honest as they have a weird process.
Owner Response:
We believe there may have been a misunderstanding, as we don’t have a booking under your name today. It’s possible that your appointment was with a different salon.!!!!
If it you .. we’re very sorry to hear about your experience today.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait despite having an appointment, and we sincerely apologise for the delay and confusion around our seating process. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We’re currently reviewing our booking and walk-in procedures to ensure appointments are prioritised properly and to prevent this from happening again. Your feedback is very important in helping us improve.
We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Google I came to this nail salon as I wanted to see what it was like I am also going to Jamaica on Saturday so I wanted some cute nails before I go away. I knew this salon was new and just wanted to check it out I showed the gentleman who was doing my nails the design I wanted just by picture and he delivered. I was very happy all of the staff were really nice to me. I really recommend this place because I don’t usually get my nails done but everyone was just so lovely to me.
Owner Response:
Thanks a ton for your feedback! We'll use it to keeping better Xxx

Google The Nail Spa in Saffron Walden is amazing! Very clean and lovely decor inside. The salon stand out from any other salon with its pink paint outside the building. The nail technicians are so lovely! They make conversation and ask how you’ve been. The detail and time they take on your nails are amazing! As someone who always had a design in mind I show them the inspiration and they deliver every time! They are perfectionists. If they don’t like part of the design they’ve done they will re do it giving you the perfect design and feeling very grateful and having being given the best experience when leaving the salon.
Owner Response:
thank u for taking the time to share your feedback.it help us improve and serve you better Xx
