Had a pedicure here today lady who done it was lovely and polite however was in and out in 30 min and wasn’t really impressed for £40 I could have gone somewhere else for a much better one on top of that I can’t help but feel the salon isn’t kept very clean and the tools do not look hygienic.

Went into this nail shop after numerous recommendations from friends but I won’t be going back there again.
The staff all sat and talked to each other in their own language throughout my whole appointment.
It’s very difficult to not feel that they are talking about the customers when they look at you and laugh. I know it’s stupid but it made me feel very uncomfortable.
It took literally 20 minutes to do my full set of BIAB infills & paint. The finished set are messy - uneven and don’t look like they’re done by a technician at all.

I went to NT nails yesterday for the first time and had gel toes and biab with flowers, ombre and diamonds and it turned out exactly how I wanted it to. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, will definitely be going there from now on and will recommend them!

They are very good there, just had a chip once but overall a lovely nails salon, caring staff, clean and lots of choice of colours.

The only thing that could improve the experience is a quick hand massage at the end as some salons do.

Out of 4 employees the young man and two women are very good, the older guy not as much in terms of technical skills.

Been in here a few times with no issues. This time i had my nails done by a guy who spent about ten minutes of my appointment chatting and laughing to his colleague. When painting the white tip on, he got to nail 2 and I told him I wanted it less thick (twice) and he pulled on my hand and carried on doing it. When he had done the five nails, I said less white tip and he moaned telling me I should have told him, when I did but he didn’t listen. Don’t like confrontation and he made me feel uncomfortable during my appointment. Oh to add, the lengths don’t match and my right thumb is ridiculously chunky compared to the rest. They also charged me £10 more than usual. Edit **my nails also weren’t done properly as they started to lift after a week and a half when usually they last 4+ weeks

Customer service is great, the lady who did my nails was super lovely. My nails have lasted over a month and still look really good. Will definitely be returning. Best place I’ve been in a while.

Beat nail shop everrrrr do my pedicures and really help my bad ingrown toenails and don't make you feel uncomfortable being a bloke going into a nail shop these are the best will never go anywhere else
