The best place to go if you have fair hair and need an IPL done. Works like a charm. There are a couple of parking spaces available on first come first serve basis. Clean toilets. Good value for money. Tanith is a lovely lady, friendly and very professional. I feel I'm in good hands with her. Highly recommend.

I have been using the Beauty Yard for a number of years. The Biosculpture Gel manicure was carried out by professional friendly beautician and it was always a pleasure to visit. Since this beautician left the services were carried out by another member of staff who rushed the treatment, although asked she's failed to seal the nail tips therefore last time I went in for a manicure this is the outcome(three days after).
On my return from holiday I have complained via e-mail and this is the reply: "Good Afternoon,
We are sorry you have experienced this and it very rarely happens, if it does, it could happen to any therapist. As this is nearly 5 weeks ago that this occurred and we have no photos or an earlier compliant, we can offer you a voucher for 50% off your next appointment as a good will gesture.
With regards to your appointment today, all cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50%.

Really lovely clean salon with super friendly staff. I had classic lash extensions done and they look absolutely beautifully exactly how I wanted them. Will definitely be going back and would definitely recommend xx

Very disappointing. The waxing AND tinting of my eyebrows was very rushed- no more than 10 minutes in total. Cost £20. Could not see what was being done as was lying on a bed. When handed a mirror, the light in the room was really bad. Realised there were still grey hairs when I got home. Poor shaping too! Asked to have upper lip waxed. Told abruptly “not sure if there is enough time”. Was reluctantly done in literally 30 seconds - that cost £9. I pay way less than this elsewhere and have a much better service in terms of overall waxing result and welcome by staff. Won’t be going back!
