I had a really lovely experience today getting my toenails done by the young girl with the blue money pieces in her hair. She was incredibly thorough, and even though my toenails were a bit of a mess, they turned out exactly how I wanted. She checked in with me about the pink colour and the shape of the French, really listened to what I wanted, and shaped my toenails perfectly. She took so much care and paid great attention to detail. A massive thank you, I really am so happy with them!

My daughter in law had a 9.10am appointment. She arrived early and was ignored until after she checked
and was told the therapist was on the way. Ten minutes later she was told the therapist wasn’t coming due to an ‘emergency’.
The issue was not that the therapist didn’t show nearly as much as the disgraceful disrespect with which she was treated.
They could not have cared less about her and my wife and they need a lesson in customer relations. Ridiculously an email was sent to her twenty minutes after the appointment was due telling her it was cancelled.
She has no idea whether their nail treatments are any good but their service is absolutely appalling.
Tourists avoid!

PS we note you have subsequently attempted to deflect this review by stating that you don’t send out emails. FRESH sent the email clearly on behalf of YOUR salon but it’s entirely academic as the email was sent out twenty minutes AFTER the appointment and your staff had been so dismissive.

Ik had gebeld om een afspraak te maken om mijn biab nagels te verwijderen. Afspraak zou om 12:30 zijn. Na 20 minuten kwam ik nog steeds niet aan de beurt…. Ik ben uiteindelijk weggegaan, omdat ik ook andere dingen nog moet doen…. Blijkbaar was ik niet de enige die lang stond te wachten… jammer dat het zo is gegaan

super slechte communicatie ik heb zaterdag gebeld ik vraag aan hun hoelaat we klaar zijn 3 personen spa pedicure en manicure ze zeggen uiterlijk 11.30 uur ik zei prima want dan redden we het. 5 keer heb ik het aan de telefoon moeten vragen en zij zeiden uiteindelijk 10.15 uur hebben jullie pedicure manicure spa afspraak.

we kwamen daar aan op tijd pedicure voeten hebben ze gedaan 3 personen tegelijk opeens kwamen er klanten binnen daarna zeiden wij wij hebben ook manicure afspraak toch? toen zei se opeens jullie hebben pedicure toch 3 personen ?

ZOOOOO RESPECTLOOS we hebben een uur moeten rijden een uur!!!!!!!! ze hebben oms niet kinnen helpen begrijpen ons niet

Quick experience with quality results! The staff were super friendly and informative, and the price was extremely fair. My nails were super damaged when I went in, and I've come out with a beautiful manicure/extensions. I highly recommend!

This is a little gem in Leigh, lovely friendly staff, excellent manicure, they remember your colour and style…and a value for money, relaxing pedicure. Nice vibe and not made to feel you’re on a conveyor belt… so a personal touch. You won’t find anywhere better in Leigh, or Westcliff, believe me.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place really hurt me. I went after my mum got me a £30 voucher for my 20th birthday. I waited 45 minutes after my slot to be finally called to sit down. The lady was rough on my hands, drilling my natural nail with a coarse electric drill before pushing my cuticles and cutting them so far back that they bled. She said ‘this always happens.’ - I’ve never had this at any other salon I’ve ever been to.
My mum was told when she bought the voucher that it would include removal however when I got there they tried to charge an extra £13 for the design I wanted.
After they drilled my nails to the brink the woman said she’d let me off and take the voucher alone without the extra £13 in return for making me wait. A refund would have been more appropriate.

It is now the day after and my pointing finger hurts so much that I am afraid it will get infected. I have my doctor on speed dial for this reason! It is SO painful. All my natural nails hurt and ache because of how far down they drilled them, I had to take painkillers and use an ice bath.

Please educate your staff that drilling the nails down and cutting the cuticle until it bleeds will repel loyal customers like me.

I won’t be recommending and I have since heard lots of similar bad stories from friends at this salon.
