A bit frustrating. Within exactly 24hours a 3rd of my polish on one nail had lifted off and I could t go back Sunday to get it fixed as they are closed. So the work event I had Monday I now have one nasty looking nail. My mum had her cuticle completely ripped and I was shocked to see it has been left bloody after we left. Pls also let customers know in advance it’s cash only - that’s really important to know!

Booked far in advance but they were running very late. I specified I would like the man but ended up getting the lady and was very rushed and rough. Didn’t feel like a relaxing experience at all , won’t be returning.

I tried this nail bar for the first time and couldn’t be happier! A really lovely environment and the technicians are really polite and gentle when buffing/shaping your nails compared to other places you go to which aren’t as careful. This will definitely be my go to place from now on as you also get a lot for your money without it taking too long either.

Been here a few times, always feels rushed. Usually get the man who is ok, the lady did gel nails today, skinned my finger with the nail buffer, bent my knuckles sideways at 90 degree angles then filed the polish off the side of my nail after she’d finished. Won’t be going back.

I am a regular and have both manicure and pedicure here. Great selection of colours for both gel and normal manicure. They are very popular só better to book in advance!
