The initial appointment was brilliant very friendly attention to detail etc. But the aftercare was appalling. The colour faded after around 3 weeks I was told when booking I had a free top up 4-6 weeks later. When trying to book app not much time available so booked for week 7 which she was fine with then all of a sudden said the appointment had to be booked within 4-6 weeks otherwise there's a £70 charge. This was not made clear i was told to book top up AFTER 4-6 weeks and the first 4-5 weeks after my appointment she was out of the country anyway. I was not happy to pay another £70 after paying £200 and the colour not even lasting a month when I was told it would last 2 years. No attempt made to resolve this with me my messages just got ignored eventually. So now I've got Eyebrows looking awful. So not happy as £200 is a lot of money.

This was the first time that I have had nanobrows and having previous had my nails done with Nhung, I knew that I was in good hands. Nhung was very professional and made me feel very comfortable through every step. Nhung is very gentle and her communication and after care is excellent. Had my eyebrows done by Nhung around a month ago. As soon as my family saw it they were so impressed. I had a touch up today but didn't actually need it as the colour had remained. She just removed the baby hairs. Although Nhung said I may have scabbing, flaking or itching, I didn't experience any of that. Thanks Nhung. Love my eyebrows and I would definitely recommend her.

I just got my eyebrows done and I’m honestly so happy with the result!
The color looks super natural, not too dark or harsh. No swelling, no pain – everything looks really soft and balanced on my face.

I used to be afraid of eyebrow tattooing because I saw some bad results before, but this time was totally different. The lady was so gentle and really took her time.

If you’re thinking about doing it, I totally recommend it – it makes such a difference to your face!
