I called on the day asking for an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised there was availability! I had round shape acrylic French. During my appt the lady was chatting away, I really enjoyed this! In most places you are sat in silence. I am really pleased with my nails and I shall be returning! My appointment didn’t feel rushed and my nails were handled with care.

Always fabulous service, professional and friendly too. Nails always look great and last. I have an acrylic overlay on my own nails and they last brilliantly until my infills. Would definitely recommend.
My wonderful Christmas nails, I showed them a photo and they copied them exactly. Once again I’m very pleased.

Been going for 2 years. Always friendly and welcoming. I qualified in doing Nail Extensions, many years ago. I used to do my own nails but, being right handed, could never do my own right hand very well. I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done before my wedding and my Mum told me to go there as, she'd always been really happy. I'd previously been to several other Nail Bars locally but, always felt the need to finish the job at home. I've never needed to do that since visiting HNB

Appt was booked way in advance, telling them what was needed. On the day, the woman was quite rude. Zero customer service. Was given a ropey basket with nails all snapped off, and not a great selection of colours either. We had pre agreed a few gems as it was daughters prom, she didnt do them and when reminded, she moaned my daughter hadnt told her? My daughter is quite shy and does not like making a fuss. She wanted a certain colour gem but was given no options, just your average ones. For a nail bar I expected a large selection.
I got the impression it is largely "one in, one out" place. And speed was of the essence, not careful consideration into what we wanted. Also thumb nails were wonky. £44!
Oh and "cash only". Thankfully it was just for prom and not something we do weekly. If you are looking for someone who listens to your needs, and isnt up on the phone every two seconds trying to ram in more customers, this isnt your place.

Oh Anna thank you for your defensive reply. It really shows exactly how you judge customers! Firstly my mother booked it as a one off, if you had spoken to me or my daughter, you would have got the same response, we dont DO fake nails, it was a one off surprise for my daughter from her nan! Funny how you know exactly who came and booked it and what they asked you for, yet when it came to the day, you needed telling again!

My daughter actually called me over, you clearly didnt see considering you had so much wrapped around your face. I wasnt interferring, she called me over as you didnt even bother to make conversation with her!
She finds it extremely hard to express herself at times, but according to you, all 16 years olds should come in and be confident. You sound very discrimatory Anna.

The fact you lied and wrote in your review you said I could pay bank transfer shows what a devious person you are. You verly clearly said "you can go get cash out".
Maybe if you looked closer you will see many good and bad reviews on my profile, you seem to think I want to just ruin your business with an agenda, Anna you were rude, I dont know you, have never come to your nail salon in my life, why would I want to lie? The review was left by our experience, even my daughter is shocked by your outright lies and personal attacks on people that paid for a service. Talking about my mother like that, you should be ashamed! I am sorry you dont like my review and are ot trained to not lash out when you get a bad review, you have acted totally unprofessionaly, when most companies get complaints, they stick to proper replies and keep their cool. We didnt want our money back, so there was no gain for us. But maybe you could make a first timer a bit more relaxed, you clearly lack personality if you cannot have small chit chat with a 16 year old!
I will try to pop in when I next visit my mother so you can hear my side in person.
