I have been going to trang for 10 years now and we have become good friends as a result. She's great at her job, fast and efficient and not overpriced like a lot of places. I would definitely recommend her.

I recommend this shop highly. Trang is very experienced and my manicure lasted the longest ever. I was impressed with her speed and the quality.

Awful. Showed a picture of what I wanted (long coffin) and then put large tips on and cut so short they looked stumpy and horrible. When I asked why she said my nail bed was too short despite having the exact same nails successfully elsewhere for over ten years. The nails were wonky, one went off in a different direction, tips too big for my fingers and then she didn't bother filing them properly after so they looked horrific. Soaked off when I got home. Worst I've ever had!! Wish I could post the pictures I took of them

I noticed there was only one review from someone who unfortunately didn't get to experience the amazing work ethic and professionalism that I did.
John did my pedicure and manicure and I have to say it's the best pedicure I've ever had. He also showed extreme patience after he had just finished my manicure and I stubbed both my thumbs! I felt so bad but he simply removed the nail varnish and redid them with courteous politeness.
I have subsequently shared this little treasure trove with friends who I'm sure will be supporting this establishment. Well done!
See you next time I'm in Essex! I will be back!

What a waste of my time !! I contacted the salon in the morning to make an appointment yesterday and consult if they can remove gel nails extentions, I was confirmed they will do it without a problem ( spoke to a male salon worker) so that afternoon I went up there on time and to my surprise I was told (by a female worker) that they are not dealing with gel nail extrentions at all, can't do it !?? I had very limited time that day, no other appointments were available in such a short notice and I needed it to get it done a.s.a.p as one nail was cracked and caused me pain/discomfort, she didn't even try to appologise or find out why I was given wrong information, solve it in any way. I felt uneasy as there were few spectators/clients watching us, I just turned around and left absolutely gobsmacked !Very poor customer service and no remorse at all.! It's a shame, as they potentially lost a regular client. Please train your staff /family member whoever is dealing with your customers .
