I recently started my laser hair removal treatments at Cozens, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was honestly really nervous before my first session, but I was made to feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in.

The treatment itself was much smoother and less painful than I expected, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. The salon is clean, welcoming, and professional, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing.
If you’re thinking about laser hair removal but feeling anxious like I was, I highly recommend Cozens they’ll take amazing care of you!!

This may be an excellent place for skincare, but it’s definitely not a nail salon—and it shouldn’t be advertised as one. If you’re looking for a simple, well-done manicure, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I booked through Fresha and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience.

The color selection was very limited, the polish was applied unevenly, and the nail shape was ‘t what I’d requested. I also had to ask for my cuticles to be pushed back, which I expected to be a basic part of the service. The whole appointment felt rushed.

In the end, I had to go to another salon to have it corrected. I wouldn’t return for nail services, but I hope others have a better experience with the skincare side of the business

I’ve been coming to Cozens For a while now and have had variety of treatments. I find staff at Cozens very welcoming and professional, I’ve never had any issues with treatments and I’m always happy with the results of treatments.
I would recommend a visit if you are looking for local friendly salon.

Lauren is so friendly and welcoming, her experience and expertise are clear when she is performing treatments. I’m astounded at the results of my laser hair removal so far and I’m only half way through the block of eight sessions. Every treatment I’ve had has been both professional and relaxing, Lauren goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Charlotte is a very good therapist she unsterstood my skin type and knew how to treat accordingly.. she is very thorough and takes her time.. i chose the facial that would calm my spots down and seen a reduction in the amount of spots I have..

I met Lauren around 3 years ago when she started doing my lashes.
She now does my lashes, brows, manicure, pedicure, facials & any other treatment.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else & trust her completely.
