Whole place is negative, whenever I take my daughter it’s like she’s a nuisance to have in the shop they are always constantly looking over her, telling her don’t do this don’t do that, also no communication when getting my nails done and I got gel infills, my nails lasted a week before they started chipping and breaking.

Paid £52 for these French tip nails and honestly I’m really disappointed with the quality. From a distance they look okay, but close up the shaping is uneven, the French tips are inconsistent, the sidewalls are bulky and messy, and the finish around the cuticles wasn’t cleaned properly. Some nails are also different lengths and shapes, which makes them look stubby rather than elegant almond nails.

My nails were done by Wendy. I expected a much cleaner and more professional finish for the price, especially for a classic French set.

My toes were also done there. There was a misunderstanding regarding normal polish over gel polish, but that was rectified and I appreciate them resolving that issue professionally.

However, the uneven hand nails still look horrible and unfortunately I won’t be returning.

The whole place was full of negative energy. Idk if it was because I was a walk-in but the whole experience felt very rushed. The lady who was doing my nails seemed like she didn’t want to do them and instead wanted to do her regular customers nails. She processed to hurriedly finish my nails and tell her regular customer to come sit down even though I was still in the chair.
