Unprofessional , booked wrong service for me never rechecked with me at reception .
The technician arrived 10 mins late and was least bothered .
And when I raised that I’m here for manicure they didn’t even tried to apologize

Any way there are few good alternatives on high street went straight to another one . .

As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I explicitly called ahead to confirm the price for a simple BIAB removal and was quoted £10. However, when it came time to pay, I was suddenly charged an extra £5 because a 'different tool' was supposedly used. Interestingly, the client just before underpaid their bill, and it felt very much like the salon was trying to make up the difference by overcharging me. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. Regretfully they have lost my business because this is unacceptable way to treat loyal clients.

Wouldn’t go back and strongly don’t recommend. Unorganised and unprofessional. Nails lasted only 3 days despite the high price. Was told I could get them redone within the week, but wasn’t informed it had to be with the same technician wasted my time. Plenty of better salons out there.

I was a new client. I had my nails done by a young lady who was polite and pleasant but I do not think she did a very good job. They put gel over BIAB here, which made the nails very thick. They weren’t shaped very well either. Won’t be returning.

A lovely salon, nice staff and they do a good job but terrible organisation. Had an appointment confirmed via text and the booking system only to be told after arriving and waiting for 10 minutes on the day that they had overbooked and had no appointment for me on their system. Upon rebooking for a second time I was then phoned up a few days before the appointment to say they didn’t have anyone free on the day I had been booked in for so cancelled again. A real shame but have lost faith in making a booking!
