I had a full head of highlights and cut done with Chantelle and she did an amazing job!!! I have curly hair and even though I had a full head of highlights my hair is still super healthy and not damaged at all. She got exactly the right colour I wanted and was very friendly and great customer experience. I really recommend her and the chilled salon 😊

Terrible service . I had a 4:30 appointment, the staff were already attending to another client when I arrived. No one informed me of the delay, nor did anyone offer an apology. After waiting over 10 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be and was told to wait another 15 minutes — a total of 30 minutes waiting time.

The attitude from both the receptionist and the staff was unprofessional and really RUDE. Instead of taking responsibility, they made it sound as though the issue was mine. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my deposit. This experience was deeply disappointing and far below any acceptable standard of customer service. I’ve been here twice before without appointment but this visit was terrible even I had appointment .
I would never comeback or NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great experience in LJR Hair & Beauty. I booked a full body massage, Sylvania was the receptionist, so lovely & friendly. Great service. A lady called Clare did my massage & it was exceptional. She applied the right amount of pressure. Came out feeling so relaxed ☺️ i live in London & the service here was amazing! Definitely will be coming back for more treatments. 10/10 ❤️

Absolutely amazing!! I am so happy with my hair and the service I have received. My hair was done by Mia and she is a very sweet and nice lady! Made me feel super comfortable and was lovely to chat with! For a person that only ever had bad experiences with hairdressers this was the best service I have every received and I will gladly he coming back to get my hair done now! Prices are great for the service that you are getting so totally worth it! Im not sure who I spoke with on the phone but she was also very sweet and answered any question I had regarding the appointment and helped me accordingly. Very happy client!!!

I went in to the Salon yesterday to get my hair dyed, Mia was such an angel and she did such an amazing job. She had great chat and all the staff were really lovely. Unfortunately due to me not communicating properly about what I wanted, my hair didn’t look how I expected it to and that was a complete me error. They were all so understanding and they all found a way to compromise with what little time was left. They came up with how to make my hair look like the picture I showed. Even though it was so last minute. All the girls in there are so hands on and really know what they’re doing. Although they had limited time my hair came out absolutely stunning. I am obsessed and I cannot thank the team at LGR enough!! So professional and patient I really am greatful.

Absolutely highly recommend LJR Hair and Beauty. I had a full consultation and discussed my hair needs and colour. Emma and Demi really listened to me, for which I was very grateful. Demi gave me a beautiful colour and I am so pleased with how my hair now looks. Can't wait to return. Thanks girls x

I went here a couple of days ago and saw Laura and she was just amazing! Gave me lots of good advice about hair products that would help me specifically, she was even generous enough to find me some samples that she thought would be good for me!

The haircut is perfect, she did an amazing job, and I would recommend her so so highly! Thank you Laura ❤️
