most horrific, horrible nail place i have ever been too, to start off they kept changing the price and telling me they could do flowers on my nails, then couldn’t, my nails look horrid, to top that off the woman who works in there is rude and unprofessional, she kept huffing and puffing and when it got to the point of doing my toe acrylics, she started doing normal paint so i corrected her and she proceeded to scream in my face and charge me even more then refused to do them and made another colleague do them ( even though from the very start they knew it was hands and toe acrylics) the nails are bumpy and horrid. overall it’s a bad, rude and unprofessional nail shop. (picture of what i got vs what i asked for)

Very bad experience I got from here. They didn’t tell me that they only accept cash . After I finished doing my nails they told me that they only accept cash .they didn’t accept it …… very rude ….. bad experience ….. and they told me that go and take cash from the ATM or you can take cash from the bank , I said I dont have my card with me they said no you have to give your id here and you can go and do the shopping and get the money and come back…. Strongly suggest to dont go there…..

Im sat here wondering why I bothered to make a 9am appointment only to be left waiting while 3 walk-in's are being seen before me..... however I am pleased with the service. Both ladies were really pleasant and I would go again.

I absolutely love my nails but the lady was quite rude she was huffing because I still had nail varnish on and to her seemed like it was hard work and then bending my finger tight telling to to relax my fingers but how could I if she was holding them onto dear life and once I left the shop turns out I have her black hair stuck under the acrylic which I cannot get off. Always gone to that nail shop never had problems it was that one woman who was rude.

Really happy with my experience here! Everyone was super professional and friendly and they got my nails done pretty quickly without cutting corners. They turned out so pretty, I’ve already had a few compliments. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Plus they don’t know how to do fix nails properly
I was trying to communicate that the nails was not shaped well, instead of her to look at them .
She demanded that I make full payment before she goes any further .
The manager was insanely rude as well
The nails were horrible and fell off in one week .
Horrible experience
I don’t recommend to anyone sincerely.
This is genuinely the first bad review I have ever given on google. But the experience was just ridiculous!!!!

this place is the worst place to go to. I have been going there for 4 years now and normally have a good experience but this time all i done was pick up my ipad and it snapped the acrylic off. I phoned up to complain and they said come in so i did and they wanted to charge me £4 for ONE nail replacement and was so rude to me. WOULD not go there. So unhappy refused to give them a penny
