Absolutely love Milana and pretty and polished!
I've visited pretty and polished twice now and I've travelled from Birmingham just to have my nails done!
Both times have been incredible, all the staff are warm and welcoming, the services are varied so you're spoilt for choice, the spa pedicure is Devine.
Milana is truly talented and amazing, super patient when looking and trying out new nail art designs, super friendly and delicate when doing my nails.
I'd recommend visiting the nail salon if you're in the area or are happy to travel out.

My daughter and I love Pretty & Polished. The best nail salon in Reading if not the UK! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely looked after – the salon is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully run.

The attention to detail is outstanding and you can really tell how much care and pride goes into every treatment. My nails were done to absolute perfection and lasted brilliantly. The team are friendly, professional, and genuinely lovely, which makes such a difference.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else now – highly recommend to anyone looking for flawless results and a treat-yourself experience in Reading! Thank you xxxz

Had my first pedicure with Lilly today, she was fab, made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Lilly, as well as, the rest of the staff are so welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is so calm, clean and relaxing, decor is fab! Will definitely be returning again 🙂

I honestly cannot recommend Pretty and Polished enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and spotless the cleanliness alone already puts you at ease.

The customer service is absolutely amazing, especially Milana. She (and the whole team) take so much time, care, and effort with every single appointment. Nothing ever feels rushed. They genuinely focus on making sure everything is perfect, from the shape to the tiniest details. You can really tell they take pride in their work.

What I love most is how comfortable they make you feel. They actually talk to you, chat with you, and build a real relationship it doesn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. Unlike some salons in town centres where you can feel out of place or disconnected, Pretty and Polished feels friendly, inclusive, and relaxed.

The availability is also incredible there’s always someone there, and they’ve never once disappointed me. This is officially my new go-to salon, and I’ll be recommending it to all my family and friends.

I’m genuinely so happy I’ve found a place I trust to do my nails consistently and perfectly every time. Thank you, Pretty and Polished
