Refused a 10 minute removal service because the worker said she needed to go to a party. Came in well before closing time. Completely unprofessional to be running a business like this and won’t be returning.

I apologize for the late reply. My staff informed you that is was Vietnamese Lunar New Year, a major holiday for us, and you arrived twenty minutes before closing time. She apologised and explained the reason. You mentioned you traveled from far away but didn’t call ahead to make appointment. She also explained and apologised for closing twenty minutes early. I just find your review of my business unreasonable and I’m sure you’ve never been to my business. My staff are very friendly and have never turned away any customers.
And your nails removel service should take 20-30 minutes, not 10 minutes
