Worst pedicure. 3 staff to attempt a french pedicure. Can't even cut nails properly. Will go somewhere else tomorrow to get this re done, £45 and 90 minutes wasted. Staff are very passive aggressive.

Went the first time and service was amazing, nails lasted 4 weeks. They did use the electric nail file and I had noticed that they had maybe filed a little too much. However I went back as the nails were good and the lady who done them was lovely. Although this time requested we not use the electric nail file. I was met with blank faces, and a very rudely being told no just because it makes them quicker. I asked just to get my nails off instead then and then the girl continued to use the electric file very aggressively, hurting and bruising my nail bed.

Came in for biab removal. The man who did it was way too rough with my nails to the point where I had to ask him to stop because my nails were about to break (they did shortly after I left the salon anyway) as he’d filed them down so much. He also nicked my skin at the base of my nail with the electric drill and now I’ve got a gash in my thumb which is really painful. His nails were long and were digging into the sides of my finger and they also overcharged me by 3 pounds as opposed to what they advertise online.

Horrible place! First and last time visiting. They take walk ins when they have no availability and then rush you and are extremely rude because they are just trying to make as much money as possible, don’t care about the service or result. No hygiene! Use electric drills and refuse to use a normal file and all the equipment is dirty with nothing sanitised. Was in there 2 hours! And not enough space on here to describe the horrendous experience I had in this place! Was extremely mistreated, my nails were ruined and my hand was bleeding which was the final straw and I had to get up and walk out of there. They could not care less and not a word of apology at any point, no reaction whatsoever, its like talking to a wall. Their regular clients are just as bad as them as one of them harassed me on the way out!. Avoid!

The shop’s decor is just gorgeous—so clean and inviting, with such a relaxing vibe! It’s honestly a lovely place to unwind.

While my shellac was OK, when I came to pay I was told it was cash only. This wasn't made clear when I called and made the booking. I said I needed to pay by card, and was given the details for a bank transfer. I said I'd need to do this at home when I had access to my lap top. The guy wasn't having any of it and pretty much treated my like some kind of thief. I said I was happy to leave my address and details, but he was incredibly rude and then started speaking in his native tongue which I found even more rude.

I came here 2 weeks ago to get a full set of acrylics.the acrylics ruined my natural nails they are no damaged I am extremely upset, years of getting acrylics this is my worst experience.i came back to the nail shop to complain and get a refund but was met with bad customer service and a rude lady saying it happens so I’m not getting a refund. I’m highly disappointed therefore I will not be coming back.

Terrible experience, booked appointment for two people to be told angrily by the staff I had only booked for one? Then the guy was extremely rude to me, slamming things in front of me and being rough with the nail file. He then left and his other colleague painted my nails and was also extremely rude. Despite making an appointment my friend had to wait over 45 mins to be seen, they also do not take card or bank transfer…

NEVER GO HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely shocking service, sitting for over two hours while the employee goes to hoover the shop!! Had to ask THREE times when I was going to get my nails done. Fingers were bleeding due to how hard they were pressing against the skin - left with blood dripping off my hands!!! Laughable to think that they also moaned that the blood was getting onto my nails!!! Still had the cheek to attempt to OVER charge as well. Don’t ask people to come in if you do not have the time to fit them in!! Was told what I asked for was “too hard”, more like they just couldnt be bothered to do it due to the time. Again, don’t ask people to come in at 5:30pm if you do not want to do nails at this time, finally left at 7:30pm but with blood running down my fingers. The worst nail experience I have ever encountered. Would give ZERO stars if I could
