I had my nails done today and yes I'm happy with the end result but what I didn't enjoy was sitting in the salon listening to the people who work there talking in there own language. A lady left and wasn't charged so left a tip out of gratitude. Once she had gone they were talking and laughing in there own language, it felt like they were being rude about her. I felt very uncomfortable. 10/10 for there nails and art work 1/10 for there customer service and attitude.

Another fantastic job on my nails by the team at Uckfield Nails- the shellac colour is gorgeous and I know will last such a long time even as a cleaner!
Really rate this particular nail shop for their friendliness and also the quality of the finish.

Update: they outdid themselves and did the most amazing Halloween nails for me, I absolutely love them and the only thing that makes me sad is that I can’t keep them longer

One worker in particular is rude and impatient. Always seem to rush your nails especially when people sitting and waiting or close to closing time. No point in booking an appointment either, you won’t be seen on time, priority given to walk ins. Also price seems to change to suit each time for the same service. Both my daughter and myself will not be going back.
