The entire experience was so professional from start to finish — everything was explained so clearly, and I felt in very safe hands throughout. Super friendly service that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Great value for the quality of work too. Highly recommend to anyone considering semi-permanent makeup. Thank you so much

Google I’ve been going to Becky at Simplicity since she first opened, and she has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. Over the years, I’ve had a variety of treatments with her including facials, LVL lashes, waxing, and manicures and they’ve all been carried out with care and professionalism.
Becky is not only skilled but also genuinely supportive. She’s given me great skincare advice and always helps me feel at ease. She also pierced my daughter’s ears and made sure she felt completely happy and relaxed before starting, which meant a lot.
I would highly recommend Becky at Simplicity to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly beautician.

Google Becky is absolutely fantastic, I’ve been going to her for years for everything I need and she’s always super helpful. She will make you feel so comfortable and at ease even with the most private of treatments, her and her team are a massive asset to the town and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Google Becky pieced my daughter’s ears and I can’t fault her in any way!! Really took her time and made sure my daughter understood what was going on, worked at my daughter’s pace also. Didn’t feel rushed after and answered any questions me or my daughter had. Honestly brilliant. Thank you so much. ☺️
