Got my hair done here, went home with bright white damaged hair. Layers were completely choppy and all over the place, when I was told the length wouldn’t be affected. I hated it so much that the day after I ended up having a breakdown and going to boots and getting a box dye which then further damaged my hair but I had to do. So I’m now left with extremely light, damaged, awfully cut hair. And £150 poorer. Lovely staff but terrible job

Been to luscious vip many times to have nails done, hair done, lips done and won't go anywhere else the girls there are lovely do everything I ask for and I always come out looking and feeling like a million dollars (at a fraction of that price) lol . Jenna is so gentle and caring if ur need a when doing ur lips and Tasha is amazing with hair explains fully everything before starting and a full and explains consolation is given before we start 5 stars every time xx

Big thank you to Lizze Hosker for my Russian lashes - I love them! It was my first time having them done and Lizzie was very professional and explained what she was doing as they were being done. I will definitely be returning to have them done again. Lizzie told me how to look after them properly too. I have attached a picture of my lashes which was taken about 2 hours after having them done :) VERY PLEASED!!

I’ve had my lips filled by the wonderful Jenna and love them so much that I’ve had them done 4 times with her now. They also do the best Russian lashes which last me weeks!

I would like people to know that this place is not worth it the person who done my hair Lisa was lovely but the experience was rubbish when not explained to thoroughly about my hair they never explained till halfway through having my hair highlighted that the highlights hadn’t taken that well I also had a cut that is wonky and I could have just put a bowl over my head and done myself, I was also left with a head full of dead hair that needed sorting out, my mum also came to have highlights no strand test to see wether it would take, and mum was also not given the cut style she wanted and was left with grey hair. I also have picture evidence.
I then contacted Jenna the owner and she said she was sorry that it was not thoroughly explained and she could offer half price with Tasha next time, after having a bad experience returning to someone else you can’t be sure it will work out better and £85 was a lot of money. Anyway my mum won’t return as she was very nervous and this was a birthday gift to her which has left me very angry 😡 and upset for her! I also did nothing but cry yesterday over how bad I look I cannot go out like this. Jenna then went on to say that the girls did everything and explained everything so contradicted herself and went and got angry with my partner when my partner asked her how she would feel if she was in my shoes! I then have told her I will be taking it to trading standards. I did not want to be rude on the girls and not pay as that is not in my nature to do so. So I paid but left very angry. I asked for a full refund as mum will not ever go back to a hairdressers again and Jenna refused saying they used a lot of product on my hair considering that Lisa said about another toner on my hair and holly said no just to dry it. And I know how much products cost and it wouldn’t have cost £85 for my hair.
I would not recommend this place to anyone because they are not negotiable and considerate when coming to problems.

Also my hair is now falling out!!

Had my eyelashes done by LIZZIE Hoskar and I have to say worst eyelashes I ever had she don't know much about beautiful lashes it was day before my holliday so had no time to fix it somewhere else so had to go on hollidays with HORRIBLE EYELASHES I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO DO LASHES WITH HER

Really bad customer service!!! Had an appointment 2 days before my birthday and when I got there, they were closed!!! Unbelievable!!I contacted them immediately, but no answer. Did they just forgot or just didn’t care?I wrote them a message and I have been then told to make another appointment ..no sorry, no voucher,nothing!Rubbish customer service, that’s for sure!
I am definitely not making another appointment!
