I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I had an eyelash lift done five weeks ago, and unfortunately it was done very poorly.

During the appointment, the technician kept leaving in the middle of the treatment to answer phone calls and speak with a walk-in client. This made the whole process feel rushed and unprofessional. My lashes repeatedly came off the rod and had to be reattached multiple times, with more product applied each time. I believe this may have contributed to the damage.

I was later told by another staff member that my lashes had been overprocessed—meaning the solution was left on for too long—and that a rod that was too small had been used. She also mentioned that although she would normally offer a correction, my lashes were too damaged at that point to safely redo the treatment.

To their credit, I was given a refund and offered 50% off a future service if I decide to return. However, five weeks later, my lashes still look awful and very unnatural. I reached out to ask if the discount could be used for a corrective treatment now that my lashes have had some time to recover, but the salon owner insisted that no mistake was made during the original procedure. She explained that sometimes lashes “just react this way,” which I strongly disagree with. I’ve had eyelash lifts done many times in the past and have never experienced anything like this—not even close. It has never looked this bad, even when I used at-home lash lift kits myself.

Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied—not only with the results, but also with how the situation was handled. If they are unable to perform such a basic service as an eyelash lift properly, I would not trust them with any of the other treatments they offer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.
