Don’t know if I just came on a bad day but staff were rude, over priced nails and didn’t use the colour I wanted and made an excuse to say it wasn’t possible when just wanted a lighter French nail colour. Won’t be revisiting which is a shame.

Don’t go here. Absolutely awful. Showed a simple design and nails look nothing like the picture. They left paint on my skin and Also have been cut in mutiple places and over charged £40 for a plain colour with some red lines….

Do not go for “biab”!
Sad to right this because I had acrylics done here which were fantastic and lasted really well but I went back in June before my birthday holiday to get my nails done with biab like they advertise on their instagram page using The Gel Bottle. She applied 2-3 coats of a nice rubber base coat, flooded my cuticles and did the worst French tip I’ve ever seen. The nails just about lasted a week before they peeled off while I was abroad. I paid £35 for this - never going back.

Terrible service - they did a terrible job - didn't remove the old nail varnish - all different shaped nails - I did keep saying - in the end I just gave up
Very rude and I would avoid - not with the money!!!!

Did a very good job,however prices are unreasonable, cost £75 my normal nail shop would change me £40.for exactly the same thing and it's in London,so it's a rip off

Wedding nails!! ❤️

I would 100% recommend luxe! Not only did I get beautiful wedding nails, they closed so that it was exclusively my wedding party and I. They got us sashes, Prosecco and some lovely macaroons. They definitely went above and beyond and the girls were all really happy with they nails. It also goes without saying that the staff are lovely.

Such a beautifully organised space, everyone is so friendly and they genuinely take interest in each client. Really accommodating and helpful, and their cleanliness is superior. I don’t know if I’ll ever trust anyone else with my nails….Run, don’t walk!!
