Cannot recommend highly enough. I originally went just to get my underarms lasered, but as the results were so good started getting my bikin line and leg lasered. Also started getting my tattoo removed and the results were immediate. Every session there tattoo was ligher and lighter. I had been to a place in Hastings and there were never any visible changes with the laser tattoo but as soon as I came here the results were so much better.

Almost finished with my sessions and I am really pleased. I have had laser hair removal on my legs, underarms and bikini. I feel a lot more confident and dont always have to worry about shaving before going anywhere, as barely any hair grows back and it takes ages for the few hairs to grow now. Excited to see what it will be like after another 2 sessions!

I have had 4 sessions and I’d say I’ve had at least 70% hair reduction on my bikini and underarms. Such a massive improvement I now rarely need to shave and the regrowth after each treatment is so much softer and less prickly than before.

I was also advised by someone to try microdermabrasion to reduce acne scarring. I was pleased to see that this was a service Rachel offered so I could go and see someone I trusted to do it for me. I had my first treatment this evening, Rachel is very professional and talks you through every procedure so you know what to expect. My skin is already more radiant and I can’t wait to see the results after future sessions.

I booked ten sessions of laser hair removal to try and reduce or get rid of unwanted facial hair. I'm really glad I did as the reduction is amazing and I still have one session left so it's not even the final outcome yet. Rachel is very friendly, non-judgemental and approachable and on top of that, she really knows everything there is to know about laser hair removal! I'm really pleased with how everything has gone.

Laser treatment did not work, very unhappy. I paid a lot of money in advance for 6 session after I was made to believe my hair type was perfect for the treatment and would start to see results after my 2nd treatment. I've had 4 session and no results whatsoever, Nothing was offered to me only to be told that it's not guaranteed to work, I feel mislead and left very frustrated. I was fooled by the huge discount by paying in advance which is non refundable, don't do the same. what a waste of time and money.
