I just want to clarify a few things:
First: you booked the appointment incorrectly. Instead of scheduling for two people at the same time, you booked one person first and the other afterward. You also asked us to do both at the same time, but we couldn’t take the time reserved for other clients who had booked correctly to serve you. That wouldn’t be fair to them. When we tried to explain this misunderstanding, you became unset and left the shop .
Second: you mentioned that you booked this time the same way as before . Let me remind you- last time, you only booked for yourself , and this time you booked for two people. That’s the difference .
Third: all of our appointments are confirmed through emails. If you book for two people, you will receive two separate confirmation emails.However, you only showed us one email, which is not correct.
Fourth: you mentioned that you are a loyal customer. However, this misunderstanding did not come from our side. We even paused other client’s nail service at the time to explain the situation to you, but you seemed unwilling to cooperate.
If you still have any questions about your appointment, please contact the person who made the booking, or reach out to us directly through Instagram or Facebook. We will provide all the emails and appointment details from our system for you.
