Google I have been coming here for over a year and always had good experiences before, which is why this is so disappointing.
I came in to get my nails repaired as they had cracked after 1 week and they re-did them, which I appreciated. However the way I was treated during the appointment was not nice at all.
The man doing my nails held my finger up and laughed because my finger is not completely straight and also asked why I was watching him while he was doing my nails, which made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
I was told this was because of a language barrier, however he clearly knew enough English to make comments and laugh, so the issue was not the language barrier, it was how I was made to feel.
I left feeling very upset and I will not be returning.
Owner Response:
Yes, you’ve been our customer for the past year, and we appreciate it very much. You came today just to fix two cracked nails, and we’re happy to do that for fee. However, you seem a bit tipsy of upset about something today, so you’ve been talking a lot… since your nails are quite thin, we just wanted to suggest you apply a layer of Biab to make them stronger… and he smiled at you, just to cheer you up. Perhaps you misunderstood him. We sincerely apologize.

Google I am always happy with my nails whoever does them. Occasionally I do feel they over charge me for a bit of a different colour on the odd nail (not nail art) Good job they last well.
Unfortunately they over charged me again yesterday (Christmas Eve) and I only had plain colours with no nail art. I was going to give them a Christmas tip but didn't after this. I think the staff make up their prices as they go along!
Owner Response:
Thanks love xx
