I recently moved to at armthorpe and decided to try diamond nails. I decided to try this salon as it looks fab from the outside. I had a full set acrylics with coloured tips and was very pleased since then IV been for my eyebrows which I was very happy with. I have been back again on Tuesday for my nails and wouldnt go anywhere else. I am also there Friday for my eyebrows. Love that I can get both nails and brows done in the same place and both do a fab job. I recommended this salon to my daughter who now goes to diamond nails too

I've used Diamond Nails in Hessle since I've moved to Hessle and I love how the staff all take interest in my nail designs. They never fail to disappoint. My nail art is hand painted, not transfers. Here my last three sets

Love coming here for my nails .came with my daughter for a pedicure and the lady was a miracle worker.Always had trouble with my toe nails ,but they now look fabulous .staff are very attentive❤️

Such a poor and horrible service experience. I had high hopes for this nail salon based on the photos and reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time without any acknowledgment or apology.

. The technician rushed through my manicure, and the end result was sloppy – uneven shaping, poorly applied polish, and bubbles that showed up as soon as it dried.

What was most disappointing, however, was the customer service. When I politely expressed my concerns, the staff became defensive and dismissive. There was no offer to fix the issue or even apologise.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. There are plenty of nail salons that value cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction – this is not one of them.

Have been to this salon a couple of times it was ok at first but service did dip. Felt like a cattle market being rushed in and out . Staff were not very friendly and made to feel very uncomfortable.

First time using Diamond Nails in Hessle. I had an appointment for 4:30 and there were 8 people waiting. 7 got seen before me, and I was seen at 5pm so a 30min wait with an appointment. Not bad really considering it's the festive season. I was really happy with the process and the results. The level of detail in my nail design was very high and I absolutely love them! Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer

I've only recently started going to Diamond Nails after a recommendation. Every time there is a short wait (3-4.30pm arrival) and they do a great job! This is a photo of my most recent nails, early Christmas nails!

Attended here on the recommendation of a colleague. I found the staff to be very unfriendly and the whole place had a strange atmosphere.
Its a bit like a conveyer belt when having nail extensions done, the receptionist sits you down and then shows you some different types of extensions to choose from a young women then comes to the table,files them down on top (too much) and then stuck the extensions on,all whilst barely speaking to me. She then cleared off leaving me wondering what was going on. I was then joined by a young man, who was a bit friendlier, and he applied the top colour. It all felt very rushed and he constantly checked his mobile phone and texted whilst working on my nails. Also there was a language barrier with staff shouting across the room and laughing to each other in a foreign language, which can be quite off putting as you feel as though you are being talked about.
As soon as i walked out of this place i felt as though my nail beds ached and this became worse over the next few days. I persevered and have grown the nails off and found i have been left with a fungal nail infection under my thumb nail, which was not there before.

Absolutely satisfied!!!! The staffs are super friendly and professional even though I asked for a really complicated design and the results is amazing. Will be back!!👌
