I have used this service for years now, however to say I'm disappointed this time is an understatement. As I was going on holiday I booked in to have my acrylics done and also gel polish on my toes. I was charged £50 for my acrylics as I wanted French, which was extra and also £10 for a chrome powder. I was also an extra £10 for chrome powder on my toes. I was in for 3 hours.
I went on holiday the following day and after having my nails on for no more than 1 day they started to chip and break. I have never experienced this anywhere else. The acrylic was also not all the way round the sides of my nails. By day 3 of having them on 7 of my nails were all chipped and looking awful.
A family member called to arrange an appointment on my return from holiday as I did not take my phone. She was told that I could go back but would have to pay to get them fixed as their policy was 2 days to fix (which obviously I couldn't do as I was on holiday). My family member then explained that this would be understandable if it was maybe 1 or 2 but by this point 7 all were chipped and looking terrible. She was told no they would not fix them for free and found the customer service very rude.
I think I'm more disappointed at the attitude to the situation and that I have been going for many years and this is how I was treated. I definitely won't be going back and friends who also use the service were also very disappointed and will not be returning either. There is clearly a lack of customer service and no consideration for loyal customers.
Noone wants to be on their lovely summer holidays after paying £93 for eyebrows, acrylics and gel toes only to find they look a mess and have been a total waste of money.

I’ve reviewed everything, including our records and CCTV footage. According to our system, your confirmed appointment was on Thursday, July 3rd at 2:30 PM. You booked through Treatwell and saw the prices before confirming.

The hand extensions were £35, and you added French tips to both hands and feet (£5 each), which made the hands £40 and feet £30. You also had eyebrow threading for £8. These prices match both our Treatwell listing and the salon board.

You paid £78 in total—not £93—and kindly tipped the staff. You also mentioned you were traveling to Italy after the appointment.

A week later, someone contacted us on your behalf, but we asked for a photo to assess the issue, which was never sent. Unfortunately, without a photo and after so much time, we can’t confirm the cause of any damage, especially as nail issues can happen for many reasons.

From our records, it looks like this was your first visit to us. I’m truly sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. I also tried to call you but couldn’t get through. I wish you the best and hope you find a salon you’re happy with.
