Tried calling twice over 2 days with no answer therefore left a voicemail on both occasions saying I was unable to book a massage online asking to call me back leaving details to do so and explains I was unable to book a massage online but got no reply. Tried contact online explaining all this but got response saying to book online (erm you can’t book a massage online). Explained again that I was unable to book a massage online and got response saying vouchers bought for beauty centre can’t be used to book massage as it’s someone self employed that does the massage. I didn’t even mention a voucher, where did that come from? How do you get a voucher? Signed off by saying she is on holiday till mid August as an end to the conversation, magic thanks! Having tried now 4 times to book a massage and getting fobbed off I literally give up. Terrible advertising, terrible comms & clearly not interested in business.

Beauty centre did my pedicure 😍 once it was done felt like l was walking on air my feet never felt so good they make you so relaxed so l was never so pleased when l received another pedicure voucher as birthday gift xxx

I recently visited the Beauty Box for a massage and a facial. As a man who knows his way around being pampered I can wholeheartedly recommend Kerrie at the Beauty Box. The treatment room is very clean and tidy, it even has a heated treatment table! My massage was very good and the facial was excellent. I felt amazing when I left and only wished I could have a carried on for another hour. Truly thrilled to have found this gem and cannot wait to visit again.
