Google Had my nails done last week paid £28 was in and out in 15 minutes with extremely sore fingers and horrible bulky nails never will I go to this place again
Owner Response:
Dear customer,
Thank you for your feedback. We have checked our booking system and records but we cannot find any visit matching your description. We always spend more than 15 minutes on a full nail service, and our prices and procedures do not match what you mentioned.
If you were a genuine customer, please contact us directly so we can resolve any issue.
We are committed to providing safe, professional and high-quality service for all clients.
Kind regards,
Diamond Nails & Spa Barrhead.

Google Extremely disappointed with the nail service my daughter received here. The colors used were completely different from what she showed as reference, and the overall work was sloppy and inconsistent. The nails are all asymmetrical—some are sharp, some are blunt—and they look rushed and unprofessional.
We expected much better quality and attention to detail, especially for the price. I reached out to the owner first before leaving this review, hoping they would take responsibility and offer a resolution, but the experience overall was very frustrating.
Would not recommend based on our visit. There are plenty of other salons that take more pride in their work.
