I was very disappointed in the results of a Botox treatment I had there from beginning to end, during the treatment I had bruising, I was told what the result would look like and it was not even as close, only partially worked and for a very short time period and I asked for a partial regund explaining I paid for something and only got half of what I was promised, and even that half I wasn’t fully happy with, I was told we don’t refund. I said well give me another treatment in return, I was told all we have are courses of treatment.

The manager was translating for the employee who did the work as she didn’t speak English throughout. So I further explained that she’s responsible as this is her business and also she was translating, is she didn’t translate correctly, perhaps she was the result of a miscommunication and a bad result.

She still said, sorry I have nothing to offer you

I walked out very disappointed in the lack of professionalism

Just to clarify, there are 3 different ladies there who do separate things and I haven’t tried other services there

I have had a great time at this place in 2 occasions. First time I was there I had my hair done and I absolutely loved the service. The second time I used the sun bed and again I had a great time as the staff is very nice. I absolutely recommend it.

I recently visited this new beauty Salon for my face micro needling, I was made to feel very welcome, made a nice hot drink and the treatment was really professional and I felt very relaxed in their treatment room downstairs, the lady who did the treatment was very knowledgeable about skin and she was very good at explaining everything, everything was very clean and I am so happy with the results, the salon is decorated beautifully, there was relaxation music playing and nice incense smell. Also the price for the treatment was great! I will be booking again in the near for the Fibroblast Laser on my face. Thankyou again Love island Beauty team x
