I used Cosmetology at the end of last year for threading and can’t fault the service I received then. On the back of this and the excellent reviews. I was delighted to receive a Xmas voucher to get my nails done. Sadly I wasn’t impressed with several aspects of this appointment.
I had to wait nearly half a hour after my appointment time to be taken, and it wasn’t until about 5 mins before that I received an apology, in fact the only acknowledgement that I was there was when I arrived and another employee (I think one of the bosses) who was busy with a client, shouted over to ask if I had an appointment, I replied “yes” and there was no response. No “take a seat and ? will be with you soon”. The two customers who were being attended to, I guess regulars by the way they were spoken to, were offered coffee/tea. Not me. The young lady who did my nails was however lovely, very friendly and chatty and my nails looked fab.
Unfortunately the gel started to come away at the edges less than 2 weeks later, and I had to remove them as they were unsightly.
Disappointing as I thought at £33 it would last a bit longer as I’ve had gel done before elsewhere and it has lasted closer to 4 weeks. This and the lack of acknowledgement reflects in my rating.

I've been there a few times now to get my eyebrows threaded by Samira. She does an immaculate job. There is hardly any pain and Samira works fast and accurate. My eyebrows always look amazing when I leave the studio, still my natural shape, but more defined. I had eyebrow threading done before in different countries and this is so far the best service I received. I can only recommend Samira. On top of being an excellent beautician, she is a very nice person as well and will make you feel welcome and comfortable.
