My experience as always at the Nurture Sanctuary was wonderful! Poppy is attentive to any painful areas that need working on and always gives a lovely firm massage. The addition of a new waiting area, rest room and sauna is fabulous and all tastefully decorated in the same natural woods and colours as the treatment rooms. I cannot recommend the treatments received here highly enough and regularly find myself returning back again to have all the knotty tension in my muscles massaged away. 🥰

My wife’s experience on Tuesday was 5 star ⭐ she was booked for a full body deep tissue massage,and said it was fantastic the Lady was very professional and polite and w considering she was so petite don’t be fooled by her size ,her strength was amazing especially for a deep tissue massage!she can’t wait to try out other treatments

Love this place it has such a cozy relaxing vibe. I had a massage and mini facial in a winter treat deal and it was so relaxing! I’ve been to Millie a couple times and always come out feeling calm and refreshed to the point I almost end up snoring on the table!!! Would definitely recommend!

I am only visiting the area but wish I lived closer as this would be my go to treatment room. Millie is lovely, very open, friendly and professional. I had the deluxe pedicure which is worth every penny, my feet look and feel amazing.

The Nurture Sanctuary bath salts were gifted to me for Christmas and they are amazing! The smell is heavenly and I associate it with feeling super relaxed and a moment of luxury in a busy day- will definitely be gifting to others !

I was also recommended this post- partum as my nails were so weak after having my daughter - within a few days of using the cuticle oil my nails are stronger and snapping/ tearing less which has made a huge difference to my day! The smell is also wonderful and stays for a long time.

Due to an injury some years ago, plus the usual life stresses, I need a fairly regular back, neck and shoulder massage. I've been going to Millie for a while and absolutely recommend her. She gives a lovely massage which is soothing and hits the right spots with strong, healing hands.
