Absolutely brilliant place, I rang up on my birthday and though it was just past closing time (and without mentioning my birthday) the gent fit me in! He was talented, professional and kind, and really took his time to make sure my nails were excellent and exactly what I wanted, even though I'd asked for a slightly different shape to the norm. Total legend, highly recommend

Not the place to go if you don’t like aggressive electric nail files. I asked them to remove my gel nails it out one and they said it wasn’t possible. In 20 years of having manicures, it’s the first time I’ve come across this.

So disappointed. After waiting twenty minutes to repair one acrylic nail I got turned away and told they could not repair it. They should have thought ahead and told me sooner instead of wasting my time. I have been using Queen nails for months and have not gone anywhere else. Will not be returned due to poor service I have received this evening.

Edited* since I’m not able to respond,

I did phone today around 3pm this afternoon asking if I’d be okay to come in after 5pm to get my nail repaired to which you responded that I could come in any time and did not need an appointment so if I’d known the option was there to book one, I would have done. I thought the overall communication was poor and I’d rather have been turned away 20 minutes prior to me waiting. There was a clear prioritisation of customers who had more expensive treatments due to not being offered the option of appointment over the phone.

sorry, but we didn't say we won't fix it for you, we told you the moment you entered the shop, if you have time to wait we will do it for you, you can't wait Okay so you went, it's not that we didn't fix it for you, because the people who came with you all arrived before you and they already had an appointment so we hope you understand and sympathize with us. We always hope you will come back

Hi Katie Please understand that we do not take appointments for nails fix , eyebrows, nail removal, but we always try to do it for you, we never say we won't do it, we even have clients who work in other place. Nail salons come to us to fix their fingers, we always try to do it for them, because we always want you and everyone to have a perfect set of nails, as soon as possible. You came and we told you that if you could wait, we could do it for you and you agreed to that, but because you were busy and couldn't wait, you didn't do it. So if you have time today, you can come and we will fix it for you, or if you have any problems you want to tell us, you can contact us on our Facebook page, hope to see you again.
