I booked full pedicure appointment on 9th of May for 20th of May at 3pm. When we choose the day and the time I was waiting for a worker to booked that for me, but because she had a client she said that she will do that later. I just been there, and they said is nothing book for today. Soon I'm going for holiday without a nails done, so thanks guys!

Edit: No is not a true, he didn't told me to wait and I can hear very well. When I explain everything, he said is no appointment booked for me today. That's why I walked out without saying anything, because what I suppose to say? No, I don't wanna go back, because this place is not taking clients serious.

Owner Response:

I visited Viva nails back in April, to get my nail done for my holiday. I will not be making a return visit!
I thought it was supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic, it wasn't! I left feeling stressed and annoyed.
She was rude and she cut me, which left my finger very sore and looked a mess.
My appointment started late, because she had taken a walk in customer and as a result, I felt like my whole appointment was a rush from start to finish!
As I said I will not be making a return visit, I was very disappointed!

Owner Response:

First time here and I was so happy with the service and the nails. Lady who did the nails and ran the place was super helpful and chatty which nice. Gave me some good advise for the nails I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. Will be returning soon!

Owner Response:

Thanks you a lot x
