I visited Natural Nails for the first time this afternoon after feeling dissatisfied from a previous trip to another popular "5 star" nail salon nearby who made me feel so unwelcome and provided poor customer service and needless to say, I can't believe I didn't visit sooner! I had such a wonderful, positive experience and left with the best set of acrylic nails I have ever had done, I will 100% be returning and would highly recommend this nail salon.

All of the staff were wonderful and very warm, welcoming and friendly from the moment I entered, they were eager to make conversation and were full of compliments and kind words which instantly put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. The customer service was next to none and they ensured that I was happy with the nails every step of the way, they offered me lots of different design options as I'd requested a quite detailed design and nothing was ever too much to ask for, unlike how I felt at my previous salon.

I was attended to immediately without having to wait despite it being quite busy which was another big positive. The overall nail treatment was speedy but it didn't once feel rushed, in fact I was very impressed (as a beauty therapist myself who takes ages doing just a simple polish!) that they were able to create such a beautiful set of nails in just over an hour, this proves they're all very skilled in what they do. They were all so thorough, really took into account what I wanted and a lot of care, precision and effort went into my nails and this was evident with how perfect the finished result looked.

My nails ended up coming to £5 more than what I was originally quoted which was absolutely fine as I'd had a lot of details done but one of the very kind gentlemen who I'd spoken to on the phone said to just pay the original price which was such a thoughtful, lovely gesture.
I'm so happy with how my nails look and I thank Natural Nails for their incredible customer service!

Im so annoyed, this nail salon is useless. I would give 0 stars if I could. These are my nails after literally just two weeks…on the picture you can see the nail polish is not even dry. Every nail is different shape. Furthermore I asked for gel on natural nails and I had gel extensions before, it hasn’t been taken off properly. After just few days the remaining of my old nails started to separate (which is easy for water to get into and for you to get fungus under your nails. This is so unhygienic and unprofessional. I also had a full pedicure and it wasn’t done properly when I asked for it to be corrected, it was still not done properly. Then the staff got annoyed at me? The skin off my feet were still hanging. Nothing was done about it when I mentioned it. There is no attention to detail. Bad service, nobody speaks proper English, so they don’t understand. I’m so annoyed paying so much for this service. Where if I went somewhere else I would’ve got a nice set of nails. I regret going there and leaving my money with them. They just steal your money, don’t care about the clients. I do not recommend unless you have very low standards.

Filthy place, not clean or hygenic. staff talking on their phones in foreign language or to each other when they have customers, which to me is rude. They don't listen when you tell them what shape or length you want, I've seen no evidence of sterilising equipment after each person. My daughter has a nail fungal infection from them doing a rubbish job and using dirty equipment and they weren't interested and denied all knowledge of her even going there AVOID THIS SHOP !!! REPORTED TO ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

In response to your pathetic reply, check your CCTV my daughter was there having her nails done on the afternoon of Friday 14th June, and for your information her nails were taken off by a trained nail technician!!! Stop shifting the blame!

Was very annoyed most of the time there to start with he started to cut my nails short after I had grew my nails out and waited until they was long and strong enough but no he cuts them very short and then asked what shape I wanted and I say coffin please but he doesn’t listen and one of the girls comes over and shows him a video and I keep trying to mention that I wanted coffin not square and finally after he finished I said can I please get coffin after saying it multiple of times then he proceeds to be very rough and aggressive with my nails making them sore and then the rest was ok but I wasn’t very happy and my nails were in pain for the rest of the day
