Google Gave this salon a go after being unable to get in at my usual salon and I walked out really happy!
Beautifully done nails and the gentleman kept checking I was happy with each stage, the colour, length, shape and final check before paying. Really fairly priced in my opinion too with a loyalty stamp card system.
Highly recommend!

Google Worst experience ever i will never be going back they was very rude and communication is poor I was made to feel uncomfortable by mentioning i wasn't happy with my nails.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few points to avoid any misunderstandings for future customers.
First of all, we’re sorry if you felt uncomfortable during your visit. Throughout the service, we made sure to communicate clearly with you about the Builder Gel and the length you wanted. You confirmed that you wanted to keep your natural nail length, and only changed your mind when the set was almost completed. Even though this extended the service time significantly, we still removed and redid the nails to match your new request.
Before finishing, we asked you several times if you were happy with the nails, and each time you said yes. That’s why we were quite surprised to see your review saying you weren’t satisfied.
We always do our best to respect and accommodate every customer, but we also expect clear and honest communication so the service can go smoothly for both sides.
That being said, we still apologise if anything in the experience made you feel unhappy. If you need any adjustments, we’re more than willing to help.

Google Having looked at the communications between yourself and my teenage daughter it is evident that your customer service is lacking and your approach to the younger generation is clearfully woeful and have acted unprofessionally in this matter. On your advice she will be going elsewhere in future. It is interesting how you can discredit my daughter publicly stating that she has made fraudulent comments, I hope the same doesn’t apply to you and your business.

Google Really beautiful salon. I had a bad job done at a different place and they managed to fit me in within 3 hours to fix my nails. They do such a clean, beautiful job. I really appreciate them being able to fit me in with such short notice. They even stayed open later just for me. Couldn’t recommend enough. They were even cheaper the place I went originally. Will definitely be using this place in the future.

I was recommended CiCi’s Nail Salon by a colleague, and after just two appointments, I can confidently say this is the best nail salon I’ve been to — and that’s coming from someone who’s been getting their nails done for nearly 15 years.
From the moment you walk in, the experience is smooth, professional, and welcoming. The staff are absolutely lovely — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. What really sets CiCi’s apart for me is the appointment system. Gone are the days of walk-in salons where a “quick” 1-hour session turns into 2+ hours of waiting. Here, you book a time and you’re seen on time. Simple, efficient, and respectful of your schedule.
Now, let’s talk about the nails — the skill, precision, and attention to detail are truly unmatched. I waited until my second appointment to write this review because I wanted to be sure it wasn’t just a one-time great experience. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. Both visits exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work, the durability, and the overall aesthetic are second to none. You can really tell that every set is done with care and expertise.

Google Been getting my nails done now for ages at this salon and it’s my favourite! They are so quick and efficient but they are also perfectionists. They are amazing at nail art and they also offer free drinks at your appointments. Staff are super friendly and accommodating - affordable prices too 👏🏼
