I visited here for the first time today and never will I go anywhere else again!
they were very gentle with my nails and did the most amazing job on the design I asked for. honestly the most beautiful pair of nails I've ever had done, they're so incredibly skilled and ever so lovely, if you want a stunning set of new nails and friendly service this is the place to go!

My daughter loves this nail bar, polite staff who listen to what she wants and to give her advice. Appointment's are taken rather than a walk in so the service given is not rushed, although they do work very quickly. Very happy customers 😊 and we would highly recommend them.

Came for pedicure and eye brow wax and tint, pedicure was £30, feet soaked for 20 min which was lovely but the actual pedicure lasted minutes, seemed like it was an inconvenience! no conversation at all unless I made conversation and after being ignored twice I didn't make conversation again, I'd not had my eye brows done for over a year so was really looking forward to it, no cream applied to sooth them after they'd been waxed so my eyebrows are currently on fire and then put a black tint on even after I'd said I don't want them too dark, I'm also blonde, i was told they wouldnt be too dark but they came out black, had to go in the toilet afterwards to scrub them, won't be going back, Kim was so rude and its £45 I won't get back. Poor service!
Response--- If your going to take the time to reply atleast respond with the truth! You did not spend 30 minutes on the pedicure! It was a hell of a lot less!

It's Psoriasis hence why I have this treatment.
"I spent more than 30 minutes cleaning your dead skin from your feet" your response alone shows what an inconvenience it was to you.
Yes I have microbladed eyebrows but there not black! I did want darker eyebrows which is why I asked for tint but there are more shades than black, if you only offer one colour you should make people aware your not matching the colour to them and there going to be black! When I specifically said I don't want them too dark that would have been the time for you to say I only offer black tint. A bit of soothing cream after the wax would be nice too.

I came here today for full French tips almond shape and I felt like I was quite discriminated against I walked in was ignored until I said full set of acrylic please was no chat at all during the process unless I made conversation my set of nail was rushed and badly shaped and one full hand shorter than the other hand and shaped quite badly to say I paid £35. The whole time too I am not English my self and I am all for talking my home language but not unprofessionally loudly the whole time I was in there having my nails done when I came to treat myself. The guy I originally spoke to on the phone was very nice. But after that it all went down hill and I just wish I never bothered wasting my time or money I just felt like I was not wanted there and tbf I couldn’t wait to leave. Wont be returning. A english woman walked in was very welcomed by the staff and told to take a seat however myself was treated differently. Not professional at all and very rude, I will tell my family and friends to avoid here.just to add something extra to the post it is 6 days ago since I had my nails done and they’ve all fell off don’t waste your money and there’s better nail salons in chesterfield
